Not every celebration needs a full planner. Sometimes you have the venue, the caterer and the guest list, and what you need is someone to make the room beautiful. Our party decorator service is exactly that: we design the look, source every piece, deliver, install and style it on the day, and take it all away afterwards. You host; we handle how it looks.

Birthday parties, sweet sixteens, baby showers, gender reveals, bridal showers, engagement parties, anniversaries, graduation parties, holiday parties, dinner parties and corporate events — at private homes, backyards, restaurants, hotels, rooftops and rented venues across Los Angeles. If guests will see it, we style it: entrance, tablescape, backdrop, dessert table, lounge, bar and the photo moment.

Custom backdrops and signage, organic balloon garlands and ceiling installations, floral arches and meadows, draping, neon and acrylic signage, shimmer walls and lounge vignettes — designed in one palette so every photograph from the party looks like it belongs to the same event. Linens, chargers, glassware, flatware, candles, florals, place cards and menus layered into a tablescape that photographs from every seat. Dessert tables styled with the cake, sweets and signage as one composition. We source and manage rentals — tables, chairs, lounge furniture, bars, arches, plinths and pedestals — so you deal with one vendor and one invoice.

Our styling team arrives before your guests, installs and styles every element, resets anything the caterer or venue moved, and leaves you a finished room. After the party we return for teardown, pack out the rentals and leave the space as we found it. Set-up-only and decor-only bookings are welcome.

A styled backdrop, balloon installation and dessert table for a home party typically starts around $1,800; full-room event styling with tablescapes, florals, rentals, installation and teardown generally falls between $4,000 and $25,000. Set-up-only styling of your own decor is quoted hourly. We send a tailored estimate with a mood board after a short call.
