Dreamy Parties LA was founded in 2014 by Rita Kvernadze — an event planner who believed that the celebrations we throw for the people we love deserve more than a vendor checklist. They deserve a world, built thread by thread, around the person at the center of it.
Over the decade since, that quiet conviction has grown into one of Los Angeles' most-trusted boutique event studios. Hundreds of celebrations later — birthdays, baby showers, weddings, corporate galas, milestone moments most planners never get to be part of — and every one is still led by Rita personally, from the first concept board to the last candle being lit.
We believe a great celebration isn't measured in balloons. It's measured in the way a guest of honor's face lights up when she walks into the room, the way grandparents text photos for weeks after, the way a Tuesday afternoon picnic becomes a story your family tells for years.

Over the last decade, Rita has designed hundreds of celebrations across Los Angeles — from intimate baby showers and luxury picnics to milestone birthdays, weddings, and corporate galas. Every event is led by her personally, from the first concept board to the last candle being lit.
